For this, I wasn't sure what to do. How do you photograph "joyous"... ??
But then it dawned on me. Joyous... it sounds like one of those words that would be used in the "olden days". So I grabbed thee old King James Version! (I had looked up some verses online so I wouldn't have to go on a wild goose chase trying to find a verse with joyous in it) I found Hebrews 12:11:
"Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby."
Yeah, that's a mouthful... Here, let me help you with that.
"No discipline seems pleasant at the time, but painful. Later on, however, it produces a harvest of righteousness and peace for those who have been trained by it."
Wow... that's a really good verse!
So... next time you're parents are harping on you, remember that it "produces a harvest of righteousness and peace"... and with the right mind set you'll learn from it.
